Structure and characteristics of YRKK high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor
YRKK series motors adopt the internationally popular box-type structure with high process performance. After removing the protective cover (or cooler), you can observe and touch the inside of the motor, which is convenient for installation and maintenance of the motor. The junction box has a compact structure and a high protection level. While the connection of the terminal is reliable, the wiring method is flexible and can be connected in multiple directions.
The rotor of the motor is made of F-class insulating material and vacuum pressure impregnated; the stator adopts an external press-fit structure, and the F-class insulating material and anti-corona material and vacuum impregnated treatment make the motor have excellent and reliable insulation performance and moisture-proof and impact-resistant capabilities.
The motor bearing is made of rolling bearing, which has a high protection level. The motor is equipped with a non-stop refueling and oil discharge device, which improves the operating efficiency of the motor.
YRKK high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor operating conditions and working methods
The altitude does not exceed 1000m;
The maximum ambient air temperature range does not exceed 40°C, the minimum ambient air temperature for rolling bearing motors is not lower than -15°C, and for sliding bearing motors is not lower than 5°C;
When the motor is running, the motor operating voltage deviation is allowed to be ±5%
Rated frequency is 50Hz, allowable power frequency deviation ±1%
For YRKS series motors, the temperature of the cooling water at the cooling inlet should not exceed 33°C, and the minimum is 5°C.
